How Does EPS Recycling Machine Work
The typical process involves several stages:

  • Shredding: The compacted EPS is shredded into smaller pieces.  
  • Washing: The shredded EPS is washed to remove impurities and contaminants.  
  • Drying: The washed EPS is dried to remove moisture.
  • Melting: The dried EPS is melted into a liquid state.
  • Pelletizing: The molten EPS is extruded and cut into small pellets.  
  • Cooling: The pellets are cooled and solidified.
