EPS Raw Material Storage



The size and concentration of particles that can produce dust during EPS processing 

operations are affected by many factors, including the type of equipment and the 

operating conditions (such as cutting or grinding speed and foam density). Fine dust 

particles may be suspended in the air, form dust particles and / or cause a dust explosion.

Therefore, the entire work area must be maintained in good hygiene to limit dust 

accumulation. The following measures should be strengthened (if feasible):

-----Sweep and remove dust from cutting and grinding operations.

-----Strictly extinguish all sources of ignition in areas where dust particles may form.
