Valuable Tips for Best EPS Pre-expander Bead Conveying

THERE ARE SOME TIPS:
SEKECTION OF PIPE VALUES
According to the report, in developed countries in Europe, heavy steel pipes, aluminum
pipes, stainless steel pipes or plastic anti-static pipes are generally used as the bead
conveying pipes. The construction technology of steel pipe and aluminum pipe is
relatively high, but the inner wall is smooth, the bending angle is easy to control, the
bead conveying speed can be improved, and the pipe can be prevented from being
blocked due to the bending angle being too small. For anti-static pipes and rigid PVC
plastic pipes, the advantages are easy installation, smooth inner wall and good corrosion
resistance. However, it is easy to block the pipeline due to the electrostatic problem
of the beads, and the bending angle is 90 degrees at right angles, which has a certain
influence on the conveying speed of the beads, and obviously cannot adapt to the
large-scale production of the enterprise.
The distance and density of the beads are inversely proportional to the
conveying pipe. When long-distance production is required, the pipe
diameter is required to be small. Otherwise, the pipe diameter can be used
to increase the production capacity of the enterprise.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS FOR PIPE LAYING
The pipe diameter of the pipe is generally selected to be 150-350mm. The straight
connection between the feed port and the pipe should be kept within 4m without
elbow. For galvanized steel pipe, aluminum pipe, stainless steel pipe, white iron
prefabricated pipe, elbow radius requirement R≥2D The elbow is reduced as much
as possible and the conveying distance is shortened. The pipe interface should be
dispersed, and the whole conveying system should be well grounded. For anti-static
plastic pipes and rigid PVC plastic pipes, besides the requirements of the above
requirements, the outer wall of the pipe must be wrapped with 2.5mm2 bare copper
wire and well grounded (per 5m should be The horizontal distance of the wound copper
wire is less than 2D) to avoid fire caused by static sparks.
